Job Summary

JOBWORLD India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with recruitment consultancies or staffing companies and be comfortable handling multiple IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Understand client requirements and source relevant candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and networking.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, CTC and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain daily sourcing, interview and joining trackers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Work closely with clients and internal recruitment teams.
- Handle offer follow-up and joining formalities.
- Ensure candidates are available and committed until joining.

Mandatory Requirements
- 12 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Consultancy is preferred.




- Strong experience in sourcing through Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Positive understanding of technical/IT requirements.
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good candidate communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented approach.

Preferred Background Candidates currently working or having previous experience with:
- IT Staffing Companies
- Recruitment Consultancies
- Contract Staffing Companies
- Recruitment Firms

Only candidates with relevant IT Recruitment experience will be considered.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sunday: Holiday

Work Mode: Work From Office

Job Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore

Candidates who can commute comfortably to HSR Layout and are comfortable with a work-from-office environment are preferred.
