We are looking for an energetic, creative and self-driven person to drive marketing, customer acquisition and business development for our boutique resort in Tehri Garhwal, while overseeing basic day-to-day property operations.

? Primary Focus – Marketing & Business Development

- Develop strategies to increase bookings, occupancy and revenue.
- Drive customer acquisition across Pan India and international markets.
- Manage social media, digital marketing, online presence and promotions.
- Build partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, yoga/wellness centres, hotels, influencers and corporate groups.
- Target international travellers visiting Rishikesh/Uttarakhand and develop suitable packages.
- Create attractive stay + experience packages around yoga, trekking, Tehri Lake, temples, Ganga, nature and local culture.
- Handle enquiries, convert leads into bookings and track marketing performance.

? Basic Operations




- Oversee smooth day-to-day functioning of the property.
- Coordinate housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance and local staff.
- Ensure rooms and guest areas are ready and assist with guest issues when required.

? Ideal Candidate
- Experience in digital marketing, sales or business development.
- Strong communication, networking and customer-conversion skills.
- Comfortable travelling to Rishikesh, Dehradun and nearby markets.
- Creative, proactive and target-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating with Indian and international customers.
- Hospitality/tourism experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Someone who enjoys travel, people, networking and creating current business opportunities.
