Roles & Responsibilities for MBBS RMO : 1.Must have ICU experience and be proficient in endotracheal intubation

2.Monitor patients in ICU and other critical-care areas,interpret vital signs,Clinical investigation,ABGs, ventilator parameters, lab results and treatment progress.

3.Review laboratory and diagnostic reports and communicate significant findings to consultants.

4.Manage emergencies, including airway support, ventilator adjustments, and resuscitation.

5.Perform daily ICU rounds, assess patient status, and update treatment plans.

6.Maintain accurate and timely patient case sheets, treatment notes, clinical findings, interventions, progress notes, and other medical records.

7.Coordinate with specialist and consultant doctors for patient management.

Qualification & Experience

MBBS (or FMGE Certified) with a valid UPMC Registration,Must have 2-6 years of experience.Freshers with strong clinical exposure can apply.

Salary & Benefits

Salary : 60k to 80k per month but negotiable based on experience and skills in clinical with accomodation.

Roles & Responsibilities for BAMS RMO :

We are seeking a qualified and experienced BAMS Doctor to manage Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY), and ESI claims.Also can manage Medical Emergency independently.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Manage day-to-day TPA, Ayushman Bharat,



and ESI patient coordination and claim-related activities.

2.Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of medical records, claim documents, and bills.

3.Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, medical records, and accounts departments.

4.Monitor pending, queried, and disputed claims and coordinate their resolution.

5.Maintain proper documentation and compliance with applicable TPA, Ayushman Bharat, and ESI guidelines.

6.Prepare daily and monthly reports on admissions, discharges, claim status, outstanding amounts, and recoveries.

7.Support the hospital in improving claim processing, reducing denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement.

8.Manage common emergency conditions and stabilize patients before specialist intervention.

9.Maintain accurate and complete emergency case sheets, treatment records, consent forms, and clinical documentation.

10.Ensure proper handover of patients to the concerned consultant/department.

Qualification & Experience :

BAMS from a recognised institution with 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
