We’re Hiring | Reservation Executive

Copper Edge – Eco Resort, Coorg is expanding its team and we’re looking for a Reservation Executive to join us at our Bangalore office. This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality, enjoys interacting with guests, and has the ability to turn enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering a warm and professional guest experience. If you have experience in hotel or resort reservations, hospitality sales, or guest handling, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Reservation Executive, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests planning their stay at Copper Edge. You will handle enquiries, understand what the guest is looking for, recommend the right accommodation and experience, follow up with prospective guests, and convert enquiries into confirmed reservations. The role involves both guest interaction and sales, so we’re looking for someone who is confident in communication and genuinely enjoys speaking with people.

What you’ll be doing

- Handle guest enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Understand guest requirements and recommend the right room or villa
- Convert enquiries into confirmed reservations
- Follow up with potential guests and drive bookings
- Handle booking confirmations, modifications and cancellations
- Explain our villas, experiences, packages and inclusions to guests
- Coordinate with the resort team to ensure smooth reservations
- Maintain accurate enquiry and booking records
- Identify opportunities for room upgrades and additional experiences
- Work towards reservation and sales targets

What We’re Looking For





- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality sales, hotel reservations, resort reservations or a similar role
- Any graduation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong guest handling skills
- Good sales and conversion ability
- Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
- Strong follow-up skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Professional and presentable personality
- Comfortable working with sales and reservation targets
- Immediate joiners preferred

Position Details

- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
