We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation procedures and a willingness to learn and grow in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle airline ticket reservations, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
- Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, availability, and booking-related queries.
- Prepare and issue flight tickets accurately.
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and other booking requests.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate reservation and customer records.
- Follow up on pending bookings, payments, and ticketing requirements.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer queries.
- Stay updated on airline schedules, fare rules, and ticketing procedures.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in airline ticketing, reservations, or travel operations.
- Freshers with relevant ticketing knowledge/training may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Knowledge of English and Malayalam; Hindi/other languages would be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Any graduate or diploma holder.
- Travel & Tourism / Airline & Hospitality qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
