About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Research Lead with strong expertise in Talent Research, Talent Intelligence, Talent Mapping, and Talent Acquisition to lead and manage research activities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry and should be comfortable working closely with Recruitment and Talent Acquisition teams to support leadership searches, market mapping, and talent intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Talent Research / Talent Intelligence activities and team members.
- Work closely with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leads to support leadership search engagements.
- Conduct Talent Mapping, Market Mapping, Industry Research, and Talent Intelligence.
- Identify and analyze relevant talent pools across companies, industries, locations, and skill sets.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and mapping strategies.
- Identify candidates through LinkedIn, social platforms, public databases, web research, and alternative search techniques.
- Use data-driven sourcing approaches, AI tools, and automation to improve research efficiency.
- Monitor team performance and ensure quality and relevance of research data.
- Prepare Talent Intelligence and Market Research reports and presentations.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients for requirement gathering and timely updates.
- Lead by example and actively participate in hands-on research and sourcing activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in Talent Research / Talent Intelligence / Talent Mapping / Recruitment Research.
- Solid Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience is required.
- Staffing & Recruitment industry experience is preferred/required.
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership or team-handling experience.
- Strong understanding of primary and secondary research techniques.
- Experience in market mapping, talent mapping, and sourcing strategy.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and data-driven sourcing.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a hands-on research and leadership role.

Candidate Preference:

- Candidates with a combination of Talent Acquisition + Talent Research experience are preferred.
- Candidates from the Staffing & Recruitment industry will be preferred.
