About the Role

Samadhan Group is looking for a Research Executive to support research, technical content development, industrial training programs, and curriculum/module development.

The ideal candidate should have an engineering/technical background with strong research, documentation, content development, presentation, or industrial process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on industries, manufacturing processes, technologies, job roles, and emerging skill requirements.
- Develop training modules, learning materials, technical presentations, manuals, handbooks, and research reports.
- Convert technical/industrial information into simple and structured learning content.
- Research and analyze industrial job roles, processes, technologies, and market trends.
- Support development of curriculum, learning outcomes, competencies, and training content.
- Prepare PPTs, technical documents, briefs, reports, and project documentation.
- Develop content for e-learning videos, quizzes, animations, podcasts, and digital learning material.
- Assist in preparing proposals, technical documents, tenders, and project-related reports.
- Coordinate with industry experts, trainers, academic institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Support projects related to skill development, vocational training, industrial training, and workforce development.

Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing,



Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in any of the following areas:
- Research / Research Analysis
- Technical Writing / Technical Content
- Curriculum or Module Development
- Training & Learning Content
- Industrial / Manufacturing Processes
- Engineering Research
- Technical Documentation
- Instructional Design / Content Development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and present them in a simple, structured manner.
- Positive knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to conduct secondary research and prepare professional reports and presentations.

Good to Have
- Exposure to NSQF, NCVET, Sector Skill Councils (SSC) or government skill-development projects.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, industrial training, R&D; or engineering projects.
- Experience creating training manuals, participant handbooks, facilitator guides or e-learning content.
- Knowledge of Canva or other content-development tools.

Eligible Candidates Candidates from Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Technical Research, Technical Writing, Training Content, Curriculum Development, Subject Matter Experts and Engineering Research backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

M.Tech / PhD is not mandatory.
