About NITARYA

NITARYA is building a research-led advisory platform for global property ownership, second homes and international living decisions.

Our Library contains structured information about countries, provinces, cities, localities, property markets, developers and individual projects. This information supports internal research, public evaluations and client advisory reports.

Role Overview

We are looking for a methodical and dependable person who can research different markets, verify information, enter it into predefined templates and maintain the accuracy of our Library.

This is not a basic data-entry role. The person must be able to locate credible sources, identify missing or conflicting information and record findings clearly. The role also involves obtaining updated inventory and project information from brokers, developers and other partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Research countries, states or provinces, cities, towns, villages and localities.
- Research individual real estate projects, developers and ownership structures.
- Collect information using standard templates provided by NITARYA.
- Use government websites, regulatory authorities, credible research reports and other reliable sources.
- Record source links, publication dates and evidence for important information.
- Upload and organise approved information in the NITARYA Library.
- Check entries for accuracy, completeness, duplication and formatting errors.
- Identify information that is outdated, inconsistent or unsupported.




- Conduct manual verification whenever automated or AI-generated information is uncertain.
- Contact brokers and developers through email, WhatsApp or calls to obtain updated inventory, pricing, availability and project documents.
- Maintain inventory trackers and follow-up records.
- Assist with creating and reviewing research-based reports.
- Report system errors, missing fields or workflow problems noticed while using the platform.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow NITARYA’s research and data-handling standards.

Required Skills
- Strong online research and information-verification ability.
- Good written English and reading comprehension.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to organise large amounts of information systematically.
- Attention to detail and patience with repetitive accuracy checks.
- Confidence in following up with brokers, developers and external partners.
- Ability to distinguish verified facts from marketing claims or assumptions.
- Comfort using AI tools for research assistance while independently verifying the output.
- Ability to work responsibly with limited supervision after training.

Educational Background A bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, including:
- Economics
- Geography
- Business or Commerce
- Real Estate
- Urban Planning
- Finance
- Journalism
- Data or Information Management

Exceptional fresh graduates with robust research and communication skills may also apply.

Experience

- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in market research, real estate,



data operations, due diligence or research-based content is preferred
- Freshers may apply if they can demonstrate strong research ability

- Is looking for a sales-only or property-brokerage role.

Probation

Three months

Continuation and hybrid-work eligibility will depend on research accuracy, reliability, productivity and adherence to processes.

Selection Process

- Application screening
- Short introductory interview
- Brief research and data-entry assessment
- Final discussion

The assessment will test source selection, information verification, clarity and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
