Role & responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end content strategy, research, and curation for professional and academic programs including (but not limited to):
- US CPA, US CMA, US Enrolled Agent, US CIA, US CISA, UK IFRS, UK ACCA, US GAAP, US Taxation, FRM, CFA, and allied commerce & management subjects.
- Act as a hands-on individual contributor, developing in-depth curriculum frameworks, study materials, assessments, case studies, and learning resources aligned with global certification standards and industry best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content developers and research associates, ensuring quality, consistency, timelines, and instructional effectiveness across all deliverables.
- Design and implement instructional strategies and learning architectures that cater to diverse learner profiles, including students, working professionals, and corporate clients.
- Incorporate practical applications, real-world case studies, simulations, and interactive elements to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and industry professionals to ensure technical accuracy, relevance, and market alignment.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes, syllabus updates, and industry trends, ensuring that content remains current and future-ready.




- Lead quality assurance, peer reviews, and content audits, ensuring clarity, coherence, instructional depth, and academic rigor.
- Actively participate in and deliver corporate trainings, workshops, and academic sessions for institutional and corporate clients across India.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external clients to customize content and training solutions as per business and learner needs.
- Incorporate feedback from learners, clients, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and learning effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

- Fully Qualified CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise content.
- Familiarity with US CPA, US CMA, and/or EA certifications is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Work Days & Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 09:30 am to 06:30 pm, from office
- Saturday, 09:30 am to 06:30 pm, from home
