: Sales Manager (5-Star Resort)

Location: Kalkaji, New Delhi Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience & last drawn salary)

Role Summary A reputed 5-star resort is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive corporate and leisure sales . The ideal candidate should have prior experience in luxury hospitality sales, strong knowledge of the Delhi market , and the ability to build and maintain client relationships .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Manage corporate, travel agent, and direct client relationships
- Promote resort packages and services to target clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets




- Coordinate with reservation and operations teams
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in 5-star hotels/resorts sales (Mandatory)
- Exposure to properties with ARR ₹15,000+ preferred
- Strong command over spoken English
- Good understanding of Delhi market and client network
- Willingness to travel as required
- Solid negotiation and relationship management skills
