Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing current MSME loan customers, maintaining relationships, processing loan applications, and ensuring timely repayment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire MSME loan customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Collect and verify loan documents
- Coordinate loan processing and disbursement
- Follow up on repayments and maintain portfolio quality
- Achieve sales and business targets
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
- 0–3 years experience in sales, banking, or NBFC (Freshers can apply)
