- - Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail or high-net-worth (HNI) clients. Conduct periodic reviews to understand financial goals.
- Sales & Business Development: Acquire recent-to-bank (NTB) customers. Drive targets for CASA, fixed deposits, retail loans, credit cards, and forex.
- Cross-Selling & Wealth Management: Pitch third-party products like mutual funds, life insurance, and investment plans to increase wallet share.
- Customer Service & Resolution: Resolve daily queries and service requests within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Compliance & Risk: Adhere strictly to KYC, AML, and internal bank operational guidelines to prevent mis-selling.
