Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and retail clients to grow liabilities business.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for third party products such as mutual funds, investment products, and wealth management services.
- Develop and maintain solid portfolio management skills to optimize customer relationships and increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales performance across various channels including CASA, HNI client handling, portfolio management, relationship management, retail branch banking, retail liabilities, retail management, third party products, and wealth management.
- Ensure effective communication with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
