- Business Development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, customer engagement, membership sales, lead follow-ups, renewals and upgrades , while delivering an excellent customer experience. ? Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and conduct regular follow-ups on assigned leads. Build strong customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable matrimony packages. Promote and sell Bharat Matrimony Memberships over the phone and achieve assigned sales targets and revenue/value goals . Explain membership plans, product features, benefits and package usage clearly to customers. Identify customer needs and encourage package upgrades and membership renewals . Handle customer queries, issues and grievances professionally and provide the right customer experience. Capture valuable customer insights and feedback from interactions and share them with the internal team. Maintain required quality standards and strictly follow all process,
