Realty Advisors, the real estate advisory arm of Kunvarji Group, is expanding its client advisory team.

? **Key Responsibilities:

- Build a nd manage relationships with HNI/NRI clients seeking residential, commercial, or land investment advisory- Underst and client requirements and match them to curated project/land opportunities- Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective buyers- Drive e nd-to-end deal closure — from lead to registration- Stay cu rrent on Ahmedabad/regional real estate market trends, pricing, and upcoming corridors- Coordin ate with developers, legal,



and CRM teams for smooth transaction execution- Maintai n CRM hygiene and provide regular pipeline/sales reporting

✅ **What We're Looking For:- 2–6 yea rs in real estate sales/advisory (brokerage or advisory firm background preferred)- Strong communication and client-relationship skills- Local m arket knowledge of Ahmedabad's residential/commercial corridors- Self-dr iven, target-oriented, comfortable with a high-touch, consultative sales cycle
