Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in a result-focused environment.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct field-based customer engagement, prospecting and cold calling.
- Schedule and manage appointments with prospective customers.
- Prepare effective pre-sales proposals based on customer requirements.
- Deliver powerful and persuasive sales presentations to convert prospects into customers.
- Handle customer objections, queries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain regular interaction with members through meetings and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for recent memberships, membership upgrades and referrals.
- Stay updated on the organization's products, services and membership offerings.
- Support new members with their first holiday booking.
- Generate quality referrals through positive customer/member relationships.
- Maintain consistent productivity and contribute towards overall business growth.
