Core Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Acquire recent business entity customers and build a current account book of business.
- Relationship Management: Deepen and maintain relationships with existing clients by being their dedicated point of contact and ensuring high service standards.
- Sales and Growth: Cross-sell other banking products and services to current account customers to increase the size of the relationship and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and queries,
and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Financial Guidance: Advise clients on banking products and solutions to meet their financial needs and goals.
- Account Monitoring: Monitor customer accounts and ensure compliance with bank policies.
