About the Role

Relationship Manager Mutual Funds Sales

B2B & B2C

Responsibilities - B2B

- Promote the complete range of Mutual Fund products
- Upsell investment products to Retail / HNI / UHNI clients
- Generate fresh leads through references and build strong client relationships
- Achieve sales and revenue targets across products
- Enhance and manage client net-worth relationships
- Profile customers and provide customized investment plans and financial advice
- Ensure high service standards for assigned clients
- Act as a single point of contact for mapped clients
- Execute monthly sales plans and maintain regular follow-ups

Responsibilities - B2C

- To up sell MF products to Retail/HNI Clients as per the assigned database, generation of fresh leads through reference to shore up the clientele.
- Achieving the business targets assigned in terms of up selling MF, PMS, enhancing and upgrading the Client Net worth relationships.
- Profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs




- Ensuring the highest levels of service to the client /HNI customers
- Providing Investment planning and advice
- Achieving sales and revenue targets spread across product mix
- One point contact for the assigned customer
- Acquisition & Servicing of HNI/UHNI customers.
- Preference to NISM Certified candidates with experience in managing Retail/HNI Clients, with in depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.

Qualifications

- Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA
- Minimum 1 years of experience in AMC / Securities / Broking Company (Mandatory)
- NISM Certification (added as advantage)

Required Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sales and relationship management expertise

Preferred Skills

- Experience in managing Retail/HNI Clients
- In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds
