Role Description

Agent Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents.
- Regularly meet agents to understand their business needs.
- Resolve their operational and policy-related issues.




- Motivate agents to remain active and productive.

Qualifications.

- Basic insurance and financial services knowledge, with the ability to understand products such as health, motor, and commercial insurance (prior general insurance experience is an advantage).
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office) and comfort working with CRM or policy administration systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, insurance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in insurance or customer relationship management are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, adapt to a dynamic setting, and comply with regulatory and company policies.
- Fluency in English and local languages used in Goa, with a skilled and inclusive approach to interacting with diverse customers and partners.
