Shawarmashi is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to monitor and manage outlet operations on a region-wise basis. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining company standards, monitoring staff performance, checking stock and wastage, reviewing sales and expenses, and ensuring excellent customer service across assigned outlets.
The role involves regular outlet visits, coordination with outlet managers and staff, identifying operational issues, preparing reports, and implementing corrective actions to improve performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations.
- Willingness to travel regularly between outlets.
- Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor multiple outlets and manage teams.
- Basic knowledge of sales, stock, staff attendance, and operational reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
