Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Regional Recruitment Talent Acquisition
- Regional Sourcing Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end hiring cycle for regional vacancies, including screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling technical evaluations.
- Pharma Field Hiring: Focus heavily on sourcing specialized industry talent such as Medical Representatives, regional sales teams, plant personnel, or distribution staff.
- Local Networking: Leverage local job boards, field agencies, social channels (like LinkedIn), and regional employee referral programs to build strong talent pipelines.
- Coordination: Act as the main coordinator between candidates, regional business leaders, and the central HR team to ensure quick turnaround times.
1. HR Operations Employee Lifecycle Management
- Onboarding Delivery: Facilitate seamless day-one onboarding and orientation for all current hires within the region, ensuring IT, documentation, and desk readiness.
- Database Management:
Maintain and update accuracy in the regional Human Resource Information System (HRIS), including employee files, contract terms, and attendance tracking.
- Offboarding: Coordinate regional exit formalities, complete clearance checklists, and assist in compiling exit interview feedback data.
- Local Compliance: Support the implementation of company policies and local regional labor regulations, ensuring compliance standards are met.
1. Regional Stakeholder Management
- Line Manager Alignment: Partner with regional department leads and area sales managers to track hiring needs and resolve daily operational challenges.
- First-Line Support: Serve as the first point of contact for regional employees regarding queries on payroll, leave structures, insurance, and company policy clarifications.
- Reporting: Compile and share weekly regional HR trackers, including recruitment status reports and local attrition updates.
1. Employee Engagement HR Initiatives
- Local Engagement: Coordinate and roll out company-wide cultural, wellness, and milestone engagement activities across regional branches.
- Employee Relations: Support the central HR team in rolled-out pulse surveys, and flag any regional employee morale issues or conflicts to management early.
