Role Summary

Single point of contact (SPOC) for all delivery outcomes across the organisation Deliveries, Multi-geo technology organisation, primarily serving Telecom and Banking clients in the UK.

Owns end-to-end delivery governance, client relationships, and team health across the region, and acts as the escalation point for delivery risk, client satisfaction, and commercial performance.

Must Have

- 15+ years in IT delivery, spanning hands-on development/testing exposure and progressively senior delivery management responsibility.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end delivery for large enterprise customers, including budget, risk, and governance ownership.
- Experience running both Waterfall and Agile delivery models, including hybrid/transitional environments.
- Demonstrated experience building delivery teams from the ground up hiring, structuring, and scaling a practice.
- Led ways-of-working transformations (process, tooling, or operating model change) with measurable delivery impact.




- Track record of driving continuous improvement across delivery metrics (quality, velocity, cost, client satisfaction).
- Experience managing distributed/multi-geo teams, including time-zone and cultural considerations.
- Senior client relationship management, including handling escalations and steering governance forums (steering committees, QBRs).
- Domain experience in UK Telecom BSS or Banking; candidates with exposure to both are strongly preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience working within a consulting or professional services organisation.
- Comfortable reporting to and engaging with Director/C-level stakeholders in customer organisations.
- Experience contributing to or leading RFP responses and commercial proposals.
- Cloud practitioner certification (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience delivering AI-enabled projects or embedding AI tooling into delivery practices.
- Formal delivery certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Secure, or equivalent)
