- As a Regional Business Manager ( 2nd line manager position) you will based at Kochi HQ to handle Sales & Business Development of Ophthal Segment covering entire Kerala for reputed Pharma company.
- You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of ABM's & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
- You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
- You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
- You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.
Required Candidate Profile
- You should be B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 10-12 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling of Ophthal Segment covering entire Kerala for reputed Pharma company.
- You should be good in Man/ Management and Business Development.
- You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions , launching recent products and effective implementation of strategies.
- You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Filed Force.
