Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a robust background in recruiting for IT roles and a deep understanding of the technical requirements and skills needed for various IT positions.

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for our IT department.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.




- Onboard new employees to ensure they are fully integrated into the company.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
