About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on frontline sales and insurance-sector hiring.

The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing and closing candidates from the General Insurance, Bancassurance, Insurance Sales, and Frontline Sales segments. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver closures within defined timelines while effectively managing pressure and recruitment-related escalations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer rollout, follow-up, and joining.
- Source candidates for General Insurance, Bancassurance, Insurance Sales, and Frontline Sales positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct preliminary screening to assess candidates based on experience, communication skills, role fit, compensation, location, and availability.
- Drive profile closures within agreed timelines and hiring targets.
- Follow up with selected candidates to improve offer-to-joining conversion.




- Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide periodic updates on sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and closures.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring frontline and insurance hiring requirements.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Excellent candidate sourcing and screening capabilities
- Hands-on experience sourcing insurance-sector profiles
- Understanding of General Insurance hiring
- Ability to drive profile closures and joining conversions
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to handle escalations, tight deadlines, and pressure
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with recruitment experience in the General Insurance industry will be preferred.
- Prior experience handling bulk/high-volume frontline sales hiring is desirable.
- Good understanding of insurance sales profiles and the Chennai talent market would be an advantage.
- Should be self-driven,disciplined, and focused on achieving recruitment targets.
- Should demonstrate ownership of requirements from sourcing through successful joining.
