Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Kolkata.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for engineering, BIM, and support functions,



while ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The specialist will collaborate closely with project and department leaders to understand workforce needs, draft accurate job descriptions, and support onboarding and initial training activities. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining recruitment metrics, using applicant tracking tools, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Qualifications

- Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Proficiency in interviewing and assessment techniques to evaluate candidates objectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including explicit written and verbal interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting onboarding and training activities for new hires.
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems and professional networking platforms for talent sourcing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Prior experience in engineering, construction, or BIM-related recruitment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
