Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for various positions within the organization through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the .

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.

- Follow up with applicants after interviews to ensure they are still interested in the position.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Robust understanding of sourcing strategies for finding qualified candidates.

- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with hiring managers and applicants.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
