1. End to End Hiring. Can knows about different strategies to close the positions.
2. Calling to the candidates and getting schedule interveiw with business stakeholder.
3. Coordination with Branch Managers of east locations and taking necessary documents of candidates
4. Salary Negotiations
5. onboarding of the candidates
Preferred candidate profile
1. Candidate should be having prior experience of closing vacancies of broking company (Share Broking)
2. Should be experience of recruitment at least of 3 years.
3. Pro Active and excellent communication skills.
4. Should be able to manage pressure.
