Role & responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for international job opportunities through various recruitment channels.

1. Coordinate with international clients, consultants, recruitment agencies, and business partners.
2. Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on job requirements.
3. Manage candidate documentation and ensure all required documents are collected and verified.
4. Assist with visa processing, compliance, medical, and other deployment-related formalities.
5. Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and deployment process.
6. Ensure selected candidates are properly briefed and deployment-ready.
7. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS, and daily/weekly reports.
8. Follow up with candidates, clients, and internal teams regarding interview schedules, selection, documentation, and deployment status.
9. Support the team in meeting overseas recruitment targets and timelines.

Ensure recruitment activities are carried out in accordance with applicable company processes and overseas employment requirements.
11. Maintain proper records of candidate status, offers, documentation, visa processing, and deployment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification will be an advantage.
- 13 years of experience in Overseas Recruitment / International Recruitment / Manpower Recruitment / Staffing preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication and coordination skills may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good candidate-handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage recruitment timelines.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.
- Knowledge of visa processing, overseas documentation, and international recruitment compliance will be an added advantage.
