Position: Recruiter Niche Hiring Specialist

Location: Mumbai WFO Only ( Phoenix Marketcity Kurla west)

Compensation: Up to 3,60,000 CTC per annum

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level / niche skill positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, BFSI and legal roles).

Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, X-ray search, networking, and headhunting.

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical & behavioral fit.

Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipeline, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Build and maintain talent pools for difficult-to-fill positions.





Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements deeply.

Desired Skills & Experience

2–4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in niche/specialized hiring.

Strong exposure to hiring in IT, Engineering, BFSI, or other niche domains.

Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver quality hires within deadlines.
