- Sourcing resumes from job portals and screening them
- Conducting interviews and checking the fitment of the candidate for the role, before presenting the resumes to the hiring managers
- Scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from the hiring managers
- Performing reference check, wherever required
- To prepare offer proposal and offer letter
- Ensuring inputs are given to the vendor for background verification
- Ensuring pre-employment medical check-up is completed before candidate joins
- Supporting in Campus hiring, wherever required
- Supporting in Onboarding of employees - Planning and scheduling Inductions, drafting announcements, ensuring IT asset and ID card is ready.
- Updating TA recruitment tracker on daily basis on any update on the positions
- Providing Joiners data on monthly basis
- Providing salary input on monthly basis such as notice buy-out, joining bonus, joining exp reimbursement, etc.
- Clearing recruitment related invoices by coordinating with finance and following up for payments.
