About The Job:

- As a Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers and cross‐functional stakeholders to identify, source, assess, and hire top experienced talent across the organization.

- You will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, developing a deep understanding of workforce plans and hiring priorities while delivering high‐quality candidate slates for critical roles.

- You will play a key role in representing and promoting the *** employer brand, proactively building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines for current and future business needs, and delivering a best‐in‐class candidate and hiring manager experience.

- This role requires strong influencing skills, data‐driven decision making, and the ability to navigate complex hiring needs in a quick‐paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:

- Own full life‐cycle recruitment for experienced hires across multiple functions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer development, and close





- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and interview plans aligned to business objectives

- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for key and hard‐to‐fill roles to support ongoing and future hiring demand

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract a high‐quality slate of candidates aligned with organizational goals

- Utilize sourcing platforms such as Client and other market intelligence tools to identify and engage passive talent

- Serve as a strong communicator and advisor, bringing thoughtful perspectives that influence decision‐making and drive simple, scalable solutions to complex hiring challenges

- Collaborate closely with recruiting teammates, HR partners, and cross‐functional stakeholders to meet hiring goals and deliver results on time

- Maintain a strong focus on candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and consistency throughout the hiring process

- Ability to travel domestically as needed to support business priorities

Qualifications:

Skills:

- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated, relevant full‐cycle recruiting experience

- Experience recruiting in a technology, corporate, or professional services environment preferred





- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality

​ Education:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
