We are looking for an experienced HR qualified to join our team - ideally someone who has experience working within Non-IT recruiting, stakeholder management and client management. Its a challenging, fast-moving candidate-driven market, and the ideal candidate should be highly motivated and tenacious enough to keep up with the pace.

Position: Recruiter (BFSI recruitment)

Location: Gurgaon

Immediate to 15 days joiner

:-

- Responsible for sourcing candidates in a specific technology area (BFSI/ Banking/ NBFC).
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Carry out recruitment drives and conducting interviews for capturing the best talent from the market as per company's business requirements.




- Evaluate candidates against the business requirements.
- Negotiate and explain salary to new joiners.
- Work with team to improvise on the existing recruitment patterns to make recruitment more cost and time effective.
- Proficiently prepare and maintain the candidate tracking sheet.

Skills & Qualifications:-

- Graduation must.
- 3+ years of experience in core non-recruitment particularly in BFSI / Banking domain hiring.
- Good communication skill.
- Hand on experience with the job portals.
- Eye for detail and quick response time.
- Excellent drive and execution skills, Negotiation skills and Technology understanding.
- Good learning ability, ability to research and understand the business process.
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.
- Excellent search skills and ability to form good relationships with candidates.
