We are seeking an Trainee Aircraft Records Analyst with a minimum experience of 6 to 12 Months in aircraft maintenance records. The candidate will be trained for scanning, review and management of aircraft records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Line maintenance experience is considered a valuable asset for this role.
Key Responsibilities
● Record Handling & Sanitization: Perform scanning, cleaning, and sanitizing of aircraft records to maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance with documentation standards.
● Technical Records Review: Conduct a comprehensive review of technical records provided by clients to identify gaps and document discrepancies for further evaluation.
● Data Management: Review, monitor, and accurately update various software systems to ensure productive data management, maintenance, and accessibility.
● Reporting: Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in accordance with established procedures.
● Data Coordination: Collaborate with other departments within AirFleet Managers, as well as external clients and independent contractors, to facilitate a continuous flow of data, information, and records.
● Client Requirements: Coordinate with the Projects Manager to undertake additional responsibilities in line with clients' specific requirements.
● Team Performance: Contribute to the collective effort of the Data Management team to achieve set targets and objectives.
● Adaptability: Be prepared to undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Experience Requirements:
● Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of reading and interpreting Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), Dent and Buckle Charts, and knowledge of regulatory requirements related to aircraft maintenance.
● Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for effective communication.
● Software Proficiency: Adequate knowledge of MS Office and PDF software is a must.
● Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and a quick learner with a positive attitude.
● Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
● Analytical Skills: Strong reasoning and analytical abilities to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
