Job Title : Lead NLP Engineer (Enterprise AI)

About the Role :

Lead the development of enterprisegrade natural language processing (NLP) models, advanced RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and robust evaluation frameworks while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and refine NLP and Generative AI solutions using prompt engineering, finetuning, RAG, and model optimization techniques.
- Conduct systematic model evaluation, experimentation, and performance tuning on GPUenabled infrastructure.
- Partner with AI Engineering teams to integrate solutions and drive continuous innovation across products.
- Gradually assume greater ownership of projects and technical direction as experience grows.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering reproducibility and scientific rigor.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Robust proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, especially PyTorch.
- Handson experience with large language models (LLMs)



and the HuggingFace ecosystem.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, RetrievalAugmented Generation, and vector database technologies.
- Familiarity with Docker, Linux environments, and GPUbased training workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to develop evaluation metrics and reproducible research pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Track record of publishing or presenting scientific findings in NLP or Generative AI.
- Experience building endtoend AI products in an enterprise setting.
- Knowledge of AI model monitoring and continuous learning practices.
