We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Sales Counselor who will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for converting enquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a sales-driven mindset with a pleasing personality.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office & Reception:

- Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-ins professionally
- Manage appointments, follow-ups, and counselor/dietician schedules
- Maintain client records, billing, and daily reports
- Ensure reception area is clean, presentable and welcoming

Sales & Counseling:

- Counsel clients about weight loss programs, diet plans, and wellness services
- Explain packages, offers, and treatment benefits and convert leads to enrollments
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Do regular follow-ups with potential leads and inactive clients
- Handle client objections and build trust to close sales
- Coordinate with dieticians and therapists for client journey

Requirements:





- Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Diploma in Sales preferred but not mandatory)
- 1-3 years experience in front office, sales, or counseling - preferably in wellness, beauty, slimming, gym, or healthcare
- Freshers with excellent communication can also apply
- Fluent in Hindi & English, confident and presentable
- Basic computer knowledge - MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business
- Solid convincing and interpersonal skills
