Aashrayaa Properties is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Pre-Sales & Sales Manager to lead customer enquiries, site visits, and villa sales for our EcoCity project in Hoskote.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and convert incoming sales leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable villa options.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Handle customer follow-ups and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing, CRM and site teams.
- Guide customers through pricing, payment plans,



documentation and booking processes.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track lead conversion.

Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably villas/residential projects.
- Experience in managing pre-sales and closing teams will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into site visits and bookings.
- Good knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market, particularly East Bengaluru/Hoskote.
- Target-oriented with strong team-management skills.
