The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, conducting property presentations, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Handle client queries and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update leads in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize conversions.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
