About The Job:

- We are looking for a skilled ReactJS Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in developing responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development practices.

Essential Job Functions:

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS.

- Build reusable and scalable UI components.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and business teams to deliver quality applications.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and handle frontend-backend data communication.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following frontend development best practices.

- Implement state management using Redux / Context API or equivalent technologies.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.

- Write unit tests and ensure application quality and reliability.

- Stay updated with the latest ReactJS and frontend development trends.

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in ReactJS Development.

- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+.

- Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.

- Experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, Props and State.

- Experience with Redux / Context API or other state management libraries.

- Positive experience in REST API integration.

- Knowledge of Git and version control.

- Good understanding of responsive web design and browser compatibility.





- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Knowledge of React Router.

- Experience with Jest / React Testing Library.

- Exposure to Node.js / Next.js.

- Understanding of CI/CD and Agile development methodologies.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
