Discover the Role This role is to drive delivery of complex activities or projects, applying deep expertise to solve problems, improve processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes. The role operates independently, contributes to project or service improvements, and provides guidance or informal leadership to less experienced colleagues while supporting broader team objectives

Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the RDC as both a business unit and operational site, partnering closely with Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Finance, and other support functions.

1. Collaborate with Business Management teams across markets and the Global RDC Programme to successfully transition work into the RDC while ensuring continuity of service delivery.

1. Build, scale, and manage teams providing centralized services to global clients, including transitioning, onboarding, and continuously improving service delivery.

1. Provide strong leadership, integration, coaching, and people management across all RDC teams and service lines.

1. Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of RDC operating models, transition methodologies, and service delivery frameworks.

1. Identify and implement process improvement, automation, and digitalization opportunities to enhance quality, reduce risk, improve productivity, and optimize costs.

1. Ensure a consistent service delivery model aligned with other RDCs globally to provide a seamless and high-quality client experience.

1. Develop and maintain business continuity capabilities and ensure adherence to required operational certifications and standards, including ISAE 3402, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301.

1. Establish and maintain effective controls to manage risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance,



and operational resilience.

1. Promote awareness of RDC capabilities among market leadership teams and identify opportunities to expand service offerings and business impact.

1. Build and sustain a high-performing culture focused on client experience, operational excellence, accountability, and quality outcomes.

1. Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment that supports career growth, learning, development, and employee wellbeing.

1. Act as the primary escalation point for issues relating to RDC service delivery.

1. Support global digitalization initiatives and drive adoption of new technologies, tools, and operating practices.

1. Ensure alignment with global governance frameworks, operating standards, and strategic priorities across all practices.

1. Lead and manage the Shared Services Centre (SSC) operating model where employees report directly into the RDC structure.

1. Support extension operating models where country teams retain accountability for resource management, training, and operational oversight.

1. Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across processes, clients, practices, and markets.

1. Ensure RDC reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with TMF Group governance and reporting requirements.

1. Partner with Human Resources and the Business Academy to develop and deliver ongoing technical, leadership, and professional skills training programmes, including facilitating learning initiatives where appropriate.

1. Develop, manage, and monitor RDC budgets, including operational and personnel costs, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and effective decision-making across matrix leadership teams.

Key Requirements

- Job-Specific Requirements
1. Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and leading complex, multi-disciplinary delivery centres with 200+ employees supporting clients across multiple countries.

1. Proven success leading and growing a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Shared Services Centre (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), or similar delivery organization.

1. Experience establishing client-facing delivery capabilities and operational teams from inception to maturity.

1. Strong experience leading large-scale transitions, migrations, and transformation programmes across locations and functions.

Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, and build effective relationships across complex matrix organizations.

1. Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence, process optimization, innovation, and continuous improvement.

1. Experience implementing and scaling technology-enabled solutions, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programmes.

1. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programmes, initiatives, and operational transitions.

1. Experience within HR & Payroll, Accounting & Tax, Corporate Secretarial, Fund Administration, or related skilled services environments would be advantageous.

1. Experience leading geographically dispersed, hybrid, and remote teams within a global business environment.

Qualifications
1. Professional proficiency in Business English.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.

1. Relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

1. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.

1. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
