Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement quality control plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Perform sampling and testing of materials, equipment, and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in real estate construction or related field.
- Robust understanding of RUCU (Real Estate Construction Upgradation) processes and procedures.
- Ability to conduct thorough site inspections, take samples, and perform basic tests as needed.
