About the RoleWe are looking for a Quick Commerce Manager to manage and grow Raghavi's presence across India's leading quick-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing quick-commerce marketplaces and understand catalogue management, pricing, promotions, inventory, visibility, sales performance and platform relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Raghavi's business and day-to-day operations across major quick-commerce platforms.
- Work with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and other relevant quick-commerce channels.
- Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, images, content and availability.
- Track sales, orders, revenue, margins, inventory and SKU-level performance.
- Plan and execute platform promotions, offers and visibility campaigns.
- Coordinate with platform/category managers for new launches, assortment expansion and business growth.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with internal teams to minimise stock-outs.
- Analyse platform-level data and identify opportunities for improving sales and visibility.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with supply chain, sales, marketing and operations teams.
- Monitor competitor pricing, assortment,



promotions and positioning.
- Support onboarding of new SKUs and expansion into additional quick-commerce platforms.

What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in quick commerce, e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with major quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of quick-commerce operations and marketplace growth.
- Experience with catalogue management, pricing, promotions and inventory.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data-analysis skills.
- Ability to work with platform/category managers and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, execution-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week from our Delhi office.
