Job Summary

Barbrik Project Limited is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Highway Projects) to join our team for highway/road projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity surveying, project billing, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, quantity reconciliation, and subcontractor billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for highway and road projects.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, and final bills.
- Conduct rate analysis and cost estimation.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, and budgets.
- Track daily project progress and prepare quantity reconciliation statements.
- Verify measurements and quantities as per drawings and site execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning teams, consultants, and clients.
- Verify and certify subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Maintain billing records, DPRs, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
- Handle variations, extra items, deviation statements, and claim documentation.
- Ensure compliance with MoRTH specifications,



contract conditions, and project requirements.
- Assist in cost control and commercial monitoring of highway projects.

Requirements

- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in highway/road project billing and quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
- Hands-on experience with RA billing, final billing, subcontractor billing, and quantity reconciliation.
- Valuable knowledge of MoRTH specifications and highway project standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and billing/project software will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in highway construction projects, EPC projects, NHAI/MoRTH-related works, road quantities, billing, and contract administration will be preferred.
