Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, project estimates and rate analysis from drawings and site requirements.

- Conduct site measurements and verify actual executed quantities.

- Check contractor/subcontractor bills, RA bills and work completion documents.

- Monitor project quantities, costs, budgets and variations and highlight deviations.

- Prepare material reconciliation and monitor consumption, wastage and material losses.

- Identify and control cost leakages, excess quantities and unauthorised works.

- Prepare weekly/monthly QS, cost-control and MIS reports.

- Coordinate with Projects, Execution, Procurement, Stores, Finance, Sales and contractors for smooth project execution.

- Maintain accurate project quantity, billing and commercial documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, estimation, billing or project commercial roles.

- Experience in painting, waterproofing, civil, flooring,



construction or building-material projects preferred.

- Solid knowledge of BOQ, estimation, measurement, rate analysis, contractor billing and cost control.

- Excellent MS Excel skills; AutoCAD/quantity estimation software knowledge preferred.

- Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills with attention to detail.

- Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel/work at project sites as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
