Quality Analyst/Engineer (Mid Level & Senior Both) required for Steel Structural Fabrication Manufacturing Plant

1. Satna Madhya Pradesh- 1 QC Manager Level 2
2. Godda Jharkhand- 1 QC Manager Level 2

No. of Vacancies: 6 Experience: 5 to 15 years in same profile

Skills & Criteria: ASNT or, NDT Level 2 Certificate must. Must be from Structural Fabrication Steel Product Manufacturing / Job Work background & have robust knowledge on it.

Education: B-tech or, Diploma in Mechanical

Duty: As Per Site Timing

Candidates should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

Boiler Components & Ducting

Coal Bunker Silos & Hoppers

ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) Structures & Casings

CHP (Coal Handling Plant) Structures & Equipment

Pressure Vessels & Storage Tanks

Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection

Heavy Plate Fabrication & Welding

Key Responsibilities





- Conduct incoming material inspection and maintain complete material traceability.
- Review and control WPS, PQR, WPQ, MTCs, QAPs, ITPs and quality records.
- Perform fit-up, welding, dimensional and final inspections.
- Coordinate and monitor NDT activities (VT, PT, MT, UT & RT).
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings and applicable codes.
- Monitor welding quality and analyze weld rejection trends.
- Raise and close NCRs, conduct RCA, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Coordinate customer, consultant and third-party inspections.
- Ensure proper calibration and control of measuring instruments.
- Participate in internal audits and continual improvement initiatives.
