Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Experience: 1–2 Years in Manufacturing Industry

Freshers: Can Apply

CTC: ₹3.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities

* Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and materials as per Quality Plan, Control Plan, drawings, and specifications.

- Conduct WIP / In-Process Inspection during manufacturing as per defined quality standards.
- Verify RMTC/MTC certificates against applicable standards and specifications.
- Raise rejection notes for non-conforming materials and follow up until final closure.
- Communicate supplier rejections and technical quality concerns to the concerned teams.
- Maintain records and reports related to incoming and in-process quality issues.
- Handle measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Pin Gauge, Plug Gauge, Conductivity Tester, Hardness Tester, and Plating Thickness Tester.




- Analyze incoming and in-process rejection data and support corrective action implementation.
- Verify the calibration status of measuring instruments before use.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, and Quality Departments regarding material acceptance and rejection.
- Follow applicable ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Positive analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality documentation will be preferred.

CTC: ₹3.00 LPA

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
