Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field
We are looking for candidates with experience or solid interest in:
- In-process and final quality inspection
- Solar module manufacturing quality control
- Inspection of raw materials, components, and finished products
- Maintaining quality records and inspection reports
- Identifying defects, rejection, and process deviations
- Root Cause Analysis and CAPA
- Coordination with Production and other departments
- Supporting quality improvement and process-control initiatives
- Compliance with applicable quality standards and procedures
