Manikarnika Designs is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Executive for our jewellery manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting jewellery at different stages of production and ensuring that every finished piece meets our required quality standards before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect jewellery during casting, filing, setting, polishing, plating and final finishing stages.
- Conduct final QC of 925 sterling silver, gold and gemstone jewellery.
- Check stone setting, alignment, symmetry, prongs, finishing, soldering and overall workmanship.
- Identify loose/missing stones, scratches, dents, porosity, polishing defects, plating issues and manufacturing defects.
- Verify jewellery dimensions, weight, stone sizes and other specifications against approved samples/CAD/order sheets.
- Check gemstone and stone placement, colour consistency and overall appearance.
- Ensure clasps, chains, locks, posts and other functional components work correctly.




- Separate rejected pieces and clearly communicate required corrections to production teams.
- Maintain QC inspection and rejection records and monitor recurring defects.
- Coordinate with CAD, production, stone-setting, polishing and plating departments to resolve quality issues.
- Perform final inspection before packing and dispatch.
- Help reduce rejection, rework and customer complaints by identifying quality issues early in production.

Candidate Requirements Previous experience in jewellery manufacturing QC is strongly preferred. The candidate should have good knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes, stone setting, polishing, plating and finishing. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify small defects are essential.

Experience: 1–5 years in Jewellery QC / Jewellery Manufacturing

Education: Relevant jewellery/manufacturing experience preferred; formal degree not mandatory

Location: Jaipur

Salary: Based on experience and skill level

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
