Roles & Responsibilities

1. Incoming Material Inspection & Batch Control

- Inspect all incoming raw materials and packaging materials as per approved specifications.
- Assign and issue batch / lot numbers for all incoming materials.
- Verify supplier documentation such as COA, test reports, and delivery records.
- Ensure materials are released for production only after quality approval.

2. Hygiene, GMP & Facility Compliance

- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and GMP practices across the facility.
- Monitor personnel hygiene, housekeeping, and sanitation activities.
- Identify and report hygiene or GMP deviations to concerned department heads.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions for hygiene-related non-conformances.

3. Physical & Chemical Analysis

- Conduct physical and chemical analysis of incoming raw materials as per approved methods.
- Perform physical and chemical testing of finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ensure proper handling, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and analysis documentation.

4. CCP Monitoring & Food Safety Control

- Monitor and verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) as per the approved HACCP / Food Safety Plan.
- Ensure CCP monitoring records are completed accurately and within defined frequency.
- Report CCP deviations immediately and support implementation of corrective actions.
- Verify effectiveness of corrective actions taken for CCP deviations.

5. Online & In-Process Monitoring

- Carry out online and in-process monitoring of all production activities.
- Verify compliance with SOPs, process parameters, and quality requirements.
- Report any deviations observed during production and support corrective action implementation.

6. Equipment Calibration Control

- Ensure timely completion of internal and external calibration of all laboratory and production equipment.
- Maintain calibration schedules, records,



and certificates.
- Identify equipment found out of calibration and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.

7. Fumigation & Pest Control Verification

- Verify and monitor the effectiveness of fumigation and pest control activities for finished goods and storage areas.
- Review pest control service reports and trend analysis.
- Report pest-related issues and coordinate corrective actions with concerned departments and service providers.

8. Audit Readiness & Compliance

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for second-party and third-party audits.
- Participate in BRCGS, customer, regulatory, and internal audits.
- Provide required records, reports, and evidence during audits.
- Support closure of audit non-conformances through CAPA implementation.

9. Internal Audits & CAPA

- Assist in planning and conducting internal audits as per the approved audit schedule.
- Coordinate with departments for timely closure of audit observations and non-conformances.
- Verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

10. Checklist Control & Documentation

- Issue quality, hygiene, GMP, and food safety checklists to concerned departments.
- Collect, review, and verify completed checklists for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per BRCGS and company requirements.

11. General Responsibilities

- Perform any additional duties assigned by management in line with company policies, quality, and food safety requirements.

12. Authority

- Authority to stop production in case of quality, food safety, or hygiene risks.
- Authority to reject or hold incoming materials and finished goods not meeting specifications.
- Authority to escalate non-conformances, deviations, and audit findings to management.
- Authority to enforce GMP, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
