Inspect injection moulds and mould components as per engineering drawings.

Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore

Gauge, and other measuring instruments.

Check mould cavity, core, inserts, slides, lifters, ejector systems, and cooling channels.

Verify tolerances, surface finish, and machining quality.

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of mould parts.

Identify defects such as dimensional deviations, burrs, scratches, alignment issues, and assembly defects.

Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

Coordinate with Tool Room, CNC, VMC, EDM, and Assembly departments to resolve quality issues.

Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

Support mould trials and validation activities.

Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical, Tool & Die, or Production Engineering.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Injection Mould or Tool Room Quality Inspection.

Location: Vapi / Daman.
